PDC’s facility has everything required to manufacture, modify and overhaul custom-designed downhole tools and parts, in singles and large runs.
We are equipped with:

• One 9” spindlebore lathe;
• One four-axis high-speed lathe;
• Two large manual lathes;
• Four, four-axis CNC machining centres;
• Two, simultaneous five-axis machining centres; and
• Two cylindrical grinders.

Ten of our machines are CNC-driven. Our machining capability covers all materials.
